Building Connections for Sustainable Growth: My First Event with PWN Barcelona

At the end of September, I had the opportunity to attend my first event with PWN Barcelona, a vibrant community of professional women. The event was held at Roots & Rolls, a cozy vegan café in the heart of Barcelona, a perfect reflection of my commitment to sustainability in both my personal and professional life. The atmosphere, enhanced by beautiful artwork, made the evening feel welcoming and inspiring.

The event was more than just networking, it was about building meaningful connections with like-minded women, many of whom were either business owners or in the midst of job searches. As we engaged in conversations about important issues like ageism in the workplace and the challenges of job hunting, I couldn't help but think about how this community mirrors my approach to sustainability. Just as I choose to live consciously, supporting eco-friendly and ethical practices, I believe in cultivating professional relationships with intention and purpose.

Sustainability isn't only about the environment, it's about creating a balance that supports growth and well-being in every aspect of life. At the event, I shared my ideas on how we can help each other not just in business, but in the sustainable development of our careers and personal goals.
